Responsibility
Coverage Terms
- URent will cover damages up to 2,500 ILS.
- Coverage applies only to transactions completed within the URent platform.
- Users are required to document the condition of the equipment before and after the rental using photos or videos, which will serve as proof in case of a damage claim.
- Coverage is only provided for significant physical damage to the rented equipment and does not include cosmetic damages (minor scratches, stains, etc.).
Coverage Limitations
- Coverage does not apply to loss or theft of equipment.
- To be eligible for coverage, both the renter and the owner must agree to URent's responsibility terms at the time of rental.
- Coverage does not include equipment valued at more than 10,000 ILS.
Claim Submission Process
- The owner must report any damages within 48 hours of the equipment’s return.
- In case of a dispute, URent will conduct an investigation and request proof from the involved parties.
- If the damage claim is approved, the coverage amount will be transferred to the owner within 14 business days.
Coverage Cancellation
- URent reserves the right to cancel coverage in cases of misuse of the terms or fraud by users.
Cancellation Policy
If canceled two days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount will be refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount will be refunded. In case of cancellation on the same day the rental period begins, no refund will be provided.
